I can get in touch from a small village in Sri Lanka or a crowded cafe in Italy. What always remains the same is the equal passion for  travel and design .

I was born in Poland and raised in Russia. Having not decided which of two worlds I belong to, I went to open the others. That’s how I became  a digital nomad .

I call myself  a perfectionist , my family believes I have obsessive-compulsive disorder. In any case, I won’t be able to sleep peacefully until every pixel of your product works flawlessly.

My sports gear and a pair of boxing gloves are always packed in my suitcase. Intense  workouts, Muay Thai, surfing and tennis  are the things that never leave my daily routine.

I'm obsessed with my  red Yamaha motorcycle . During my lunch break, I hop on this beast and when I return, my mind is clear and all my negative vibes are blown away by the wind.

Kanbanchi is a UK-based agile project management and collaboration app for the  Google Workspace (G Suite) . It helps teams from Netflix, booking.com, eBay, and other 5000+ teams around the world to be more productive with better management of tasks and projects.

— Conducted a variety of user research, including usability testing, A/B testing, as well as a series of interviews and focus group sessions, providing insights into user behavior and product performance. This resulted in data-driven decision-making and a  10% increase in user retention .

I was invited as a design expert, mentor, and lecturer to the online bootcamp at Yandex, one of the  top five tech companies in Europe . This is the one of the largest international online schools with over 10,000 successfully employed students.

— Achieved the exceptional privilege of expressing my expertise through the creation of  my own web design course  from scratch. In this role, I served as the author, expert, and speaker of the course, developing the program curriculum and materials for an interactive educational platform.

Genie is a tier 1 US-based early-stage venture of the  world's leading crypto investing AI , with significant existing IP and the backing of the best venture capital investors in the world (Coinbase, Sierra Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, etc).

—  Played a key role  in the startup's formation, collaborating closely with the founders on a daily basis. Together, we shaped the vision, taking initial ideas and sketches provided by PhDs specialists in computational intelligence and finance and successfully translating these concepts into a large-scale crypto investment system.

As a pet project in my spare time, I brought together a small team of young, talented designers to help them work on projects that are beyond my personal capacity. This experience has introduced me to a  diverse set of entrepreneurial skills , which I now apply regularly in my role as a product designer.

— Despite the fact that it does not generate much revenue, it remains one of my favourite playgrounds where I can afford to make mistakes, experiment with new ideas, test hypotheses, and  diversify my growth as a design professional .

GymTeam is the  leading online fitness startup  based in Skolkovo Innovation Center. An interactive platform offers thousands of exercises, warm-ups, cool-downs and special programs for different purposes.

— Led the seamless integration and enhancement of system components. I  established, maintained, and evolved  a comprehensive design system for cross-platform consistency, extending support to various devices, including iPhones, Android devices, iPads, tablets, desktop apps, web and mobile browsers, and smart TVs.
